1/2 c. Hemp
1.7 Liters water
3 dates (dried)
Take hemp and water and put into soy joy mixer. Set for 'raw' juice.
Strain the mixture in a 100 micron superbag (nylon_ or nut milk bag) and put into sterile glass jars.
I like this on cereal, but it doesn't cook well tends to curdle with too much heat.
